So I asked them "When the baby turns out to be a boy after all, are you going to re- paint the nursery for me?" they promised because they were so sure. Only 4 weeks before my due date they all of the sudden saw he was boy. He just hid his male parts the previous ultrasounds keeping his legs crossed 😂😂. This time he finally spread his legs to reveal his surprise to us 😂 Within a week 3 woman from the family planning center came to my house and painted our whole nursery green with jungle sheets, hydrophilic cloths and others textiles. Babyonesies.. I already did buy most of the baby clothes in unisex colors. But this was so sweet. They just kept their promise and did even more then that. I was just joking around when I asked them. But I'll never forget them. My son is now 15 years and still when he sees the midwives in town they tell him this story. Even when his friends are with him🤣
This happened with our third and last baby. I cried having to return our pretty princess clothes. Now my youngest is 15. I can't imagine to being a mom to a Girl. I'm a mom of Young men. 20, 18, and 15... I'm blessed!!
It happens to my cousin. The gender says its a girl so they decorated the baby’s room with pink and in the day of the delivery it went out to be a boy. So in that same day they changed and fixed the room of their baby to blue
Just did mine a few days ago, my second test. I know they say 6 weeks but i always wait. And further i don’t buy anything until anatomy confirms 😂 my first was predicted a boy, it was right. This one is saying boy too! We’ll see!!
Did you do the blood test at 6 weeks? I hear of a lot of women getting the wrong results going this route because the y chromosome doesn't always show that early. It can be more towards the 7 week mark and that's why they keep getting "girl" 😅

Who says they’re 99% accurate. Literally no one says that at all!. Unless you do a genetics test (which is only done in medically needed instances as they are super super expensive or you just pay for them OOP), there is always a chance it’ll be wrong when doing a sonogram or blood test for a gender determination. Theyre wrong very often. Gender blood testing isn’t the same thing btw as a dna genetics testing and gender blood testing only has a sensitivity rating of 95% and that’s only in a little over 6,500 pregnancies in the study. It could be lower as that’s not a huge study field number considering the amount of pregnancies that occur in America alone, more less the world.

It may have been God’s grace for you to never have a girl. They’re something else, especially from 13-18 smdh. I sometimes wish I was an all-boy mom.
