Cara buat tempe untuk pemula.. first timer..
Resepi homemade tempe:
Bahan - bahan nya
1 kg kacang soya
Air secukupnya
1 Sdt ragi
1 Sdt tepung beras ( fungsinya supaya dapat mengurangi kadar air dan menjadikan tempe kelihatan putih)
Bahan- bahan lain yang perlu di siapkan
Plastik (ukuran ikut pada cita rasa masing2)
Lidi
Lilin
Kain
Bekas/ wadah
Rak besi@ apa- apa saja yg boleh di jadikan alas untuk penapaian,yang dapat mengalirkan udara ke seluruh permukaan tempe.

Homemade tempeh recipe:
The ingredients
1 kg soybeans
Sufficient water
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 tsp rice flour (its function is to reduce the water content and make the tempeh look white)
