One of the hardest bosses in 2nd Super Robot Wars Original Generation and best final fight in the game. His theme will give you the chill and the "King of Ruins" is no joke when facing Perfectio himself. The attacks are freaking scary including the final move that will suck into another dimension where Perfectio ripped you to shred which is called "Edesse Sapere".
You don't say. But the hardest boss in the game is Euzeth Gozzo' Adamatron, who has a ridiculously HP, a dangerous MAP attack, and cast Spirit Commands.
He stops recovering after two or three times. How you deal with it depends on what you feel like doing, how long you willing to draw out the mission and what upgrades you have made/could make. On my first playthrough I did it the slow way, just having Shu (with a fully upgraded Granzon) hit him until the regenerations stopped. He never took enough damage to be in danger and EN regeneration allowed him to keep fighting
GearheadPrime Although, he does look kinda "Emo". He would though. His power is weaponized "Emoness" and his essence is that of pure "Despair" and "Darkness". ("I'm kind of being a dick about it because the game kind of takes the side of the protagonists, who are the antithesis of his Suck, and Negativity. Granted, it takes all of their Spirit and Hot Blood, because he is truly the pure embodiment of Suck, and Emo.)
rvlast Perfectio is using the body of Felio Radcliffe, however he reverted it to a more youthful form. When Felio interacted with Perfectio's main body, his very essence was erased, and Perfectio was able to possess his body. Even the name he is using is only based off of Felio's Memories. (Felio was a College Professor atop being a Re-Tech scientist, hence the Latin theme naming of the Ruina)
Oh geez... This guy is back. I did not like fighting him in D.... And he is just so damn creepy when you think about it. You are fighting the god of ruin and decay If i recall right. Not to mention his new animations are down right scary at times....
I'm always wondering since there is a damn god of negative energy where the fuck is our god of positive energy? Guess he's enjoying his lazy ass in heaven!
Prior to fighting Perfectio, do not use/waste any of your seishin. Before taking out Umbra, position all your units near the gate and then end your turn. Kill Umbra with Ing on your next turn(so that he can move again) and when Perfectio appears, just unload on him with maximum breaks and support attacks. Make sure you trigger his two regenerations during this turn. On the next turn, lower his morale using the exhaust seishin and wack him till he dies. Easy.
Might I guess that Seed was too bad for pitting these goods....although I know all of the Gundam Voiced Actors: My Primary favorites are Shuichi Ikeda: Normally Known as Char Aznable, Red Hair Shanks Koyasu Takehito: OGS Neo Granzon Shuu shirakawa and others I think

スパロボやっててこいつは倒さないと本当に地球がやばいと思わされたはじめてのラスボス。すごい力持ってます、エネルギーすごいですと言われてもそれを言葉や設定だけで伝えられてイメージしにくいのでいまいちすごさがピンとこないラスボスが多かった中で、設定的にも世にはなったらやばくて、実際の攻撃演出まで気持ち悪くてプレイヤーに恐怖を与えてくる。
恐ろしいと思わせてくれるボスがボスでいてくれて本当によかった。
