Hands down the strongest being in all of SRW. He can't ever be killed, as long as humanity still exists this thing would just keep reappearing over and over
Of course this is if we compare Pefectio's current form in the D/OG world. If Perfectio was all full power in his own realm, not even Keiser Ephs would be a match for him.
Full-power Perfectio would be able to bend Keisar Ephes over his knee and spank him silly. After all, all three of the GunEdens were defeated in straight-up combat. Perfectio had to be sealed back away after he was pummeled by an endgame-level roster of some of the most powerful mechs in the world because, if not for that, he'd probably just regenerate endlessly and go 'lol'.
I've never even played a single game in this series or any related series... so why do I keep coming back here? why am I obsessed with this Perfectio guy this is unhealthy T_T
From discussions with other SRW fans. The big four in SRW are Keiser Ephs, Dark Brain, Euzeth Gozzo and Perfectio. If Perfectio had managed to fully enter the D/OG universe, he would have been the strongest character in the SRW universe.
Though I have a feeling full-power Perfectio is still weaker than whatever the Kadoam Hakam are running from. There's something so powerful out there that even mechanical gods are terrified of them. ...Granted, we still don't know if this "Trial" is a living thing or an event.
perfectio is the only boss in all srw who cannot be destroyed, just seal. and without irui ganuden, the steel dragons will lost. and worst: it's just a bit of his power but the razor scanner gauge is full from the start. well, between him, dark brain , ephes and next... earth has really a bad luck
@@elcambiollego Dude, he is just bidding time for his true body coming through the Crossgate. If he succeeded, well, even with 100 Neo Granzons can't even touch him.
Perfectio is basically the SRW/OG version of a lovecrafian horror with his perfered method being inflicting despair. That being said 2ndOG really makes these elements stand out from the 'off' tuned theme to his dialogue.
+ReiKusanagi The villains in 2nd OGs did not make me think of Super Robots so much as they did stuff from Demonbane. The Garden of Baral and the Youkijin are creepy and mystical, Perfectio is arguably the actual for true devil, and the Ruina are not much better. Then there's Volkruss (vengeful spirit of giant gods) and the Ganeden.. honestly the Gaia Saviors are kind of the joke bosses of the game.
To nail it farther, canon dictates that Perfectio does not have a physical form, and the body it currently has is the possessed body of Joshua Radcliffe's father, who was the first sentient being it encountered after being unsealed. Perfectio is literally defined by its interaction with others, the despair it inflicts on them, either personally or through its intermediaries, the Melior Esse and the Miles.
They just need a threat that can justify having to be either fucking with time/universes that much to cause or warrant it or a threat simply -that fucking big-. Like for example, a psychotic Getter Emperor teamed up with Shin Mazinger Zero piloted by Completely-Fucking-Lost-It-Koji.
Yeah but thank god the gateway for him to enter the OG universe is closed. It took everything the SRW team in D/OG just to destroy his weakest form and seal him. You can only imagine how much more powerful he truly is in his full form.
Which, combined with some mentions of stuff by Gilliam and Dark Brain, and of course SORE MO WATASHI DA, indicates that SRW is building to a crossover with ITSELF. a crossover of crossovers. this is the part where all our heads explode at how f*cking awesome this shit will be
This is supposed to be the theme of one of the most menacing and vile characters in SRW history but hearing his theme makes me feel so relaxed and calm for some reason. The only other similar song that I can think of with the same impact is Komm Susser Tod....
I LOVE his new attacks in OG. Banpresto knows how to eff with your head with awesome HD graphic, huh? And the theme's a rocking guitar remix, which is just icing on the cake.
I swear, what was the Steel Dragon Group, thinking, when they destroyed the Cross Gate in Moon Dwellers? Keep in mind the Cross Gate at Antarctica (the one that houses Perfectio) is still intact.
Please, as much as I like your idea, no more parallel Earths in anymore SRW games. The trope is just a lazy excuse to include a bunch of series that don't fit together. OG don't need any of that.
/人◕‿‿◕人\ I think what he's saying is that the way the SRW series is headed as a whole will eventually produce a game in which multiple versions of the same characters and robots can exist. For example we could now have series with alternate timelines, such as Shin Mazinger and Mazinkaiser appear in the same timeline. Or any series that have substantial timeskips can now have multiple incarnations of the same units appear at once, like Getter Robo's Far Future or the 6-year timeskip in TTGL.
Caffine man Here’s hoping for a Rerelease compilation. All of the OG games aside from Moon Dwellers. Or maybe even with Moon Dwellers included. *Sigh* A guy can dream...

"...I am Infinity...I am Chaos..." "...I will consume this world and swallow it whole..." "...and then! All of your power and essence will be TURNED TO NOTHINGNESS!"
I have played the GBA OG games, and have seen videos of Fatum before. However, just saying that "I am chaos" isn't enough of an answer to me. Now, if there's a translated script of his dialogue, both in cutscenes and in gameplay, then I'll be convinced.

Gaioh is top tier as well with Ba-al being the next Keiser Ephs in power levels maybe evn greater depending how Z3 showcases him since he has to compete with powers like Movie GL Finale.
I know. I get that, but I still wish to know what his personality or nature is like. A friend of mine says that sometimes vast amounts of power alone doesn't make a villain interesting unless there's something to the villain's personality and nature that can give worth to having all that power.
Marie Kusumi-Mariko at first i trough that all the super robot villians were just mad scientists who wanted to conquer the world or invader aliens but here we have an abomination who feeds on despair and cannot be killed
+Anyo Gambito Well to be fair he started off as a not-so-mad scientist who just tapped into basically the void of despair from another world.. or.. something. Unfortunately for him, in one world he had to contend with the Princes of Space and Shin Getter, and in the other with the SRX, the Sword that Cleaves Evil , and, you know.. Shu Shirakawa.
Actually, Perfectio himself is an interdimensional creature that feeds on negative emotions. He's basically like an Outer God from the Cthulhu mythos. Josh's dad Felio (the scientist) accidentally opens a portal to Perfectio's world, and gets possessed by Perfectio who destroys Felio's soul.
Let me try to clarify something; I do think Perfectio's a great villain, but a friend of mine doesn't think so. He thinks that being all powerful alone doesn't make a good villain. I'm trying to convince him otherwise, but since I barely know jack of the in game dialogue, I'm asking people who do know if there's more to Perfectio other than his vast power and status as a Lovecraftian horror.
The *D* in this game is Intensifying... The enemy want some Despair,Destruction, Destroying everything,Devastating everything,Dangerous Organization, until you're Depressed and make your Unit Die... while Your Robots want some Destiny xD
That is the difference between Keiser Ephs and Perfectio. Keiser Ephs was killed by awesome while all the fire power in the world couldn't take down Perfectio. Perfectio was too awesome and had to be sealed.

Well, this theme is basically a remix of Drumfire from the same game. It makes sense since Drumfire is Joshua's (SRW D's male protagonist) finisher theme, while Perfectio possessed the body of Josh's father.
Hm... I am not so sure about that. Keiser Ephes' power is almost identical to the Ide, except that the power is negative. If both were to clash against each other, they would erase themselves in the process. Perfectio may feed on negative energy, but so does Keiser Ephes. Given enough time, Keiser Ephes might overwhelm Perfectio.
Gaioh would win. Perfectio is considered an A class terror while Gaioh at full power would probably be an S class terror. Of course, both of them are nothing compared to Kaiser Ephs.
AHHH THIS SONG IS SO CREEPY SOUNDING Why? it's because the pitch is off. The melody is the same as the GBA version, but the composer screwed with the tones used. Subconsciously, I think our brains reject this pitch and that's why this song sounds so disturbing. Does anyone agree? :)
I've came across a question I've been meaning to ask. What's Perfectio's nature and personality like? Putting aside his vast power, what exactly makes him a compelling and effective villain?
He is what he is: a god of destruction who causes chaos and despair in the hearts of other beings. A being of infinite evil that with the sole purpose of plunging everything into an infinite and hopeless darkness He is simply immortal, and the special forces of both D and OG universes were only able to defeat him with a sacrifice from someone to seal him in another dimension, through the Crossgate (in D was Treize Khushrenada and in OG one of the two members of Ruina who defects to your team: Ventus)
The purpose of possessing a body is so as to first gather enough despair, misery and hatred in the world in order to obtain enough negative energy to cross over from his universe to the D/OG universe. Even after the OGS/D teams had defeated his human form, it didn't really bother him at the slightest as he had already gathered enough negative energy to fully cross over to the D/OG unvierse in his true form.
Compelling? Who said Perfectio was compelling? Perfectio is an emotional black hole, a Lovecraftian horror that feeds on negativity and whose true nature is incomprehensible by mortals. He/it is never actually defeated in OG2nd, Ventos and Chris sacrifice themselves to lock him/it out of the OGverse. It's still out there bringing ruin and despair to other universes. Hence the name "King of Ruin."
But you said that Perfectio is the strongest character in the OG universe. How come you're now saying that he and Gaioh are nothing compared to Keisar Ephes?

And it's not as if the producers never listen to what their fans are saying. Though a crossover crossover might be a bit of a stretch I still don't see anything wrong with it.
I love how they put Perfectio in OGS 2.
Because he is *puts on sunglasses*Perfectio....I believe you can take him no doubt though, you are in fact Gai "The GodDamn" Daigoji.
What I find amusing is that all D themes all start with the letter D on them and at least has something to do with destiny, fate, etc.
This is in the context of his form that we fight at the end of D and OGS2. Like Dark Brain, his form at end of D and OGS2 is only a copy of his original form which would have annihilated the entire universe if it had successfully entered the D/OG world. There is the fact that Keiser Ephs basically stayed dead while Perfectio had to be resealed at a cost of a life.
Perfectio can eat you easier when you're crouching.
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Sounds like not even the cast of Z can stop this guy.

He means the Every Single SRW D Theme got the 1st Alphabet D like Joshua theme 'D'esire and 'D'rumfire

So Perfectio's theme beats Trombe I see.
But how will it do against Bundol's theme "The Beautiful Blue Danube" from Alpha 2?
Can Perectios even enter a universe in his true form? I mean why else would he need a boddy to possese.
Were all doom now! 🤣
That is the difference between Keiser Ephs and Perfectio. Keiser Ephs was killed by awesome while all the fire power in the world couldn't take down Perfectio. Perfectio was too awesome and had to be sealed.
of course, that's the point
I liked the theme on GBA. I LOVE IT ON PS3!

it's because the pitch is off. The melody is the same as the GBA version, but the composer screwed with the tones used. Subconsciously, I think our brains reject this pitch and that's why this song sounds so disturbing. Does anyone agree? :)
Hell, even in D it took Trieze to go suicide to put this monster down.

I'm pretty sure that bout would end up destroying the whole OGverse.
but does it override trombe?
Yep
Okay, I can list some exceptions.
I've came across a question I've been meaning to ask. What's Perfectio's nature and personality like? Putting aside his vast power, what exactly makes him a compelling and effective villain?

破滅之王......
So, Joshua's drumfire has to do with fate...?
The purpose of possessing a body is so as to first gather enough despair, misery and hatred in the world in order to obtain enough negative energy to cross over from his universe to the D/OG universe.
Even after the OGS/D teams had defeated his human form, it didn't really bother him at the slightest as he had already gathered enough negative energy to fully cross over to the D/OG unvierse in his true form.
Perfectio vs Gaioh who will wins?
How come you're now saying that he and Gaioh are nothing compared to Keisar Ephes?
... that's a bit redundant to point out, don't you think?
