My mother celebrated her birthday on Wednesday. Had a stroke on Friday and was admitted to the hospital. I was in military and had things to clean up at my job before I got on the road Saturday morning. When I called my sister to let her know I was leaving she said mom Had passed away a 1030 am that morning. I get solace in knowing I called and left a message on her voice mail wishing her happy birthday. God assured me that she heard my message but she was not feeling well. I knew something was wrong because she normally answers my calls. My mother was sickly but a strong fighter. We always believed every time she was hospitalized she would pull through. The last stroke was one she could not recover but I’m So thankful the Lord called her home. She was saved so she has a new body. I never cried hard over her loss because I know to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. It’s been about 23 years since she passed, but I still miss her and the times we prayed and read the Bible together. Always tell them you love them as much as you can and never take it for granted that you will see them “tomorrow.” Create good memories so When they leave, the memories will put smiles on your face.

I had 5 relatives go on one right after another. My family never experienced this back-to-back. I was crying like crazy. But I thank Christ my has been my strenght❤🎉😊✝️🙏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾Since they started passing away since last year. I praise the Lord for His strength to get up to continue living my life because that's how would have wanted me to live❤🎉.

My condolences to Lady Michael Brooks & and the entire family. I, too, have experienced great loss. 2 sisters, my twin brother, cuzns, & in Feb. our youngest son was murdered. All within 4 yrs., months apart. I stay in God's face every day to get me through. It has become easier. We will never get over their deaths, but God will help us live with their passing. If you need therapy, seek it!!! Keep doing something to stay busy. Do not alienate yourself from those who love you. ❤❤❤

Such a beautiful family! Praying for the journey. Grief is certainly a process. In 2000 I lost 2 sisters age 48 twins 4 months apart. One died in June and the other in October. It was brutal, but God is faithful. It will take time and everyone handles grief differently so allow God to take you through the journey of grief. Blessings

We just buried my dad August 12th 2024 and we love them so much so it's very hard for us and like this family we too are a singing Christian family so you know how the services be for the loved one I wanted to pick my daddy up and just take him home with me so this is really sad. His birthday was the day before my dad's birthday.
