Just over a month ago I started on a path of self reflection and knew I needed to talk to someone about why I couldn’t be in a healthy relationship. After seeing a counselor and listening to Mark’s videos and eventually discovering my inner child. I stand before you today a different man. I have a new sense of confidence and self love, I have become more aware of my co dependent nature and continue to dig up painful memories from the past that are healing my wounded inner child. Mark thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You have changed my life in such an incredible way. We are all so fortunate to experience the beauty of what happens when someone has the courage to face themselves!

Super thankful for that last part about tolerating shitty behavior. It's so true - we lose ourselves when we do not establish those boundaries and allow someone to take advantage of our kindness. Where is our self worth, then? *sigh* I love your messages, Mark. I'm glad you had an amazing birthday!
I thought boundaries were lines on maps to be put there by land surveyors.They are limits to acceptable behaviour I suppose... "this far shalt thou go and jo further". At 63 I'm learning. HipHip. Hooray.
