Steps:
- The first thing to do is make sure that your Snapchat app is up to date, as this is a relatively new feature.
- To do this, open up the google play store or app store and search for snapchat, then if it says ‘open’ your app is up to date, if it says update then you need to update it before you continue.
- Now that you know your snapchat is up to date, open up the snapchat app.
- Tap on your user icon or Bitmoji in the top left corner, then tap the settings cog in the top right corner.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of settings and tap ‘Log Out’
- -You will now get a popup asking if you want to save your login information, tap ‘yes’.
- Then tap ‘log out’ on the popup.
- Your account will now appear here and if you tap ‘login’ it will log you back into that account.
- Tap on ‘switch account’ in the bottom right corner.
- Now login to your second account.
- You then want to follow the same steps as with the other account, tap on your user icon in the top left, then tap on the settings cog, scroll to the bottom of settings and tap ‘logout’ tap ‘yes’ on the popup and then tap ‘logout’.
- You can now swipe between both accounts and login to whichever one you want.
- You can also remove the account by tapping remove account below it, and add more accounts by tapping ‘switch account’.

This video shows how to have 2 accounts on the same device, but not how to actually have both accounts logged in at the same time. I think the video has been misnamed

I agree with some of the other comments - video needs to be renamed as cannot remain logged in to 2 accounts and switch between them as the video name suggests (as you can on Instagram for example). Instead it's logging out of one account to log in to another, one at a time. Annoying and sometimes difficult when trying to manage a personal and business account as I am.
P.s. - not to sound picky or rude but the voice over needs some work. It's a really depressing tone of voice you've picked rather than a little upbeat/lively/slightly enthusiastic to keep the viewers engaged. If this video had been even a minute longer I would have turned it off before watching to the end to find another instead

Can you help? I messaged someone on the same screen name… let’s say arp2222… when I log in under one account and look at arp222 it will say their sn is one thing let’s say me22 …When I log into another account (arp222) their name displays me33. How is this possible, I am so confused. Please advice! I love the tech tips.
