There is no way a team founded in 2017 can win a trophy in 1986.
Florniel Coman who's in the free agents to start is such a good player for any career mode, but being Romanian he would be absolutely perfect for this rebuild.

In case you're planning to try rebuilding another team, CFR Cluj is a great option, they used to play in the UCL almost every season 10-15 years ago and they even beat Man United away back when they were good. If you wanna make it more realistic you should focus on signing a lot of portuguese and brazilian players (they also sign a lot of 30yo+ free agents but those would be pretty much useless in the game)
