I like that door at the bottom…I have the Oklahoma Joes Barrel Smoker and if I need more heat during brisket cooks I have to take the meat out quick and add charcoal or pieces of Post oak. That door is a great idea.

No need for burn out the barrel brand new but you can burn out angle 1x1 1/8
