Billy B Diggin shoukd always be sold to Bukket. You'll find hiking later digging ditches behind the wall to Quincy Ruins

Lmao... I just played through this the other day and I didn't know how to feel. One of the least realistic and most illogical ghoulification situations in all of Fallout, but they definitely put some thought into the kid's psychology as he followed you around-- if not to the physical and psychological effects of being trapped in blistering hot solitary confinement for 200 years with no food or water.
