I never tried this but I remember reading from one chap who suggested that once the front screw is removed, elevate the track with your hifax already poking through the window, crank the sled up give it some gas... Taking care of where the target will be ! Obviously this trick wouldn't be suggested to install the new hyfax using reverse because the motion of the track and the windows going around would likely snap the hi fax right in two.
thanks for posting this very good video, good camera work, clear instructions and no heavy metal music in the background. Keep up the good work. Cheers !
I haven’t picked my sled up yet from the dealership but it only has 500 miles. I do know my slides are black but after watching this video I just might change them to Arctic Cat green.
slides for the track add more bogey wheels you have the exchange them change them less in the summertime I put wheels on the front of my sled and I ride it I got an air cooled machine have to re-jet to the right temperature my body has liquid cooled machine and he put a radiator in and he rides with me and we ride hard no snow conditions with the extra bogey wheels we don’t burn up high packs and the extra 6 pounds that it adds to the weight you could just work out for an extra day I have a few less donuts just my thoughts

Great video. I bought a used sled last winter and have wondered about replacing the sliders. I had no idea how easy this process is. Thx again
Best instructional video I've seen yet! I thought you could only do this with Polaris sleds. Never thought of that little twist!!
Awesome job. Saved me a shitload of time and about 7 beers.
wow good video wish i watched this 10 years ago
Great explanations and great camera work. Very well done thank you.
Followed your instructions and job completed, thanks great video
Great Tech Video. Watched it before changing on the sliders on my exact same MXZ. KUTGW!
loved the Cameo of the Cat
Make sure you replace them in a really warm environment
Great video. Easy to follow.
Nice video! Thanks for posting
What is the reason for not chamfering the front of the slide like the back of the slide?
Front flush with guard
Very helpful video
Thanks!
Thank You !
