Whrn we grew up in the 40s, 50s, 60s - all stores played elevator music that played music. Folks were far happier, in a much nicer mood when shopping back then.
I started listening to elevator music when I was in doctor's offices like 20 years ago, and realized the musicians playing elevator music are some of the best musicians out there. I'm glad I grew up around professional rock musicians and music professors. I think it's funny when someone thinks their preferred genre of music is "the best". Uhm no.

humans fill so many moments with music, and it's quite sweet. in shops in the background, in the car through the radio, even in the few seconds someone spends in an elevator. when one it still busy with other things, or when you have less than a minute, there's always enough time to appreciate someone's musical creations, should you be in the headspace for it. it's one of those realisations that makes you tear up with appreciation. music is made with love, and listened to with love in every moment.

humans fill so many moments with music, and it's quite sweet. in shops in the background, in the car through the radio, even in the few seconds someone spends in an elevator. when one it still busy with other things, or when you have less than a minute, there's always enough time to appreciate someone's musical creations, should you be in the headspace for it.
it's one of those realisations that makes you tear up with appreciation. music is made with love, and listened to with love in every moment.

1)cocktail lounge
2)bossa nova
3)soft jazz
Any of thoose 3 is correct to say, elevator music is not
Normally it's hard to concentrate when I'm studying but this music makes reading so beautiful and easy thanks a lot.
