You can also place the lilypad of fertility underneath the farm, so you dont lose any farm plots. I believe it has a range of 9x9x4

@@potato7083 it'd take the place of one of the magic cubes to speed growth, so I don't think it's worth it if you extend the farm with more floors (which is the point of this). Maybe if you manage to put them in between floors, tho, like you could waterlog a slab or a stair block, surround it by trapdoors and put a lily pad on top of that water (this would be 1 block higher of where Chosen put them in the video)

I've built a 9x9 farm with 2 full layers of lilypads and a few on the first layer where the crops are. The farm is too fast for the pylon now.
The particles are overwhelming though, might want to turn them off.

Use pipes to automate the altar. Best to set it up from the start so you don’t waste a lot of time.
for quarry chuck loading it doesnt matter where the frame is, as long as the quarry machine is chuck loaded its good.
so just make sure the quarry machine is chuck loaded ur good doesnt matter about the frame

Hey chosen I just wanted to tell you that sometimes I get burnt out on watching RUclips and don't continue your series as they come out but binge-watch them once I'm not burnt out anymore. So i wonder if others do this too? 🤔
Yeah I do that most of the time. I watched first few episodes of this series when they came out but now I'm just binge watching them
love the videos, for the hoe I would just use an atm hoe if you have spare atm to use, quick and easy unbreakable item. keep up the good work

I would suggest you use any kind of item user and have it use the watering cans. Depending on what uses the watering can, it can make the crops grow insanely fast and it can get nuts when using some of the higher tier watering cans.
Watering cans may be disabled for inferium production. They have been in previous versions.
Watering cans can only be used by a player. There is no way around this but changing it in the config files.

Hey Choosen, What I have been doing for resources is using cave creepers. I swabbed them and then make an egg. Cave creepers drop diamonds, raw iron, raw gold, and stone which makes them great to add to a mob farm
And emeralds, I should have done this earlier
You don't even need to mob swab, you can have a mob farm at approx Y-Level 55 and it will spawn both normal creepers (For catalysing glands) and cave creepers for those other resources. Super useful early if you don't want to rush into garden cloches and mystical agriculture. It's slow but it gets you going.
SUPER NERDY PART! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
With 10 looting upgrades on the mob masher the chances of raw iron dropping is approximately 15%, raw gold is 10%, iron ingots 10%, gold ingots 5%, diamonds and emeralds 1%, gunpowder taking the remainder of the slots. With a 5x5 farm in complete darkness you get roughly 15 cave creepers per minute. Mathematically, every 5 minutes you should get a diamond, and if you're working on other things it will just continue to scale, as well as all of the other mob drops being collected too.

I found using regular farmland with the red fertilizer (speed up) w/ a growth accelerator is OBSCENELY fast. You'll have thousands of essence so quickly.
You mean the red accelerater?
@@TheCetarius There are "upgrades" you can do with normal dirt/farmland. Green, Red, and blue? I think... Green makes anything grown on it produce an extra output, Red increases the speed in which they grow, and Blue prevents trampling... (not sure about the blue colour might be different)

@@MrLych I'm talking about the seeds you can add to regular farm land that add special bonuses. Not the different inferium farmlands
The "|" character is called a pipe, it's mostly used in programs for searching multiple inputs at the same time :)
You can use the travel anchors by right clicking when they pop up in the HUD. You don't need the Staff.
Instead of using laser IO, why don't you give Modular Routers a try? I think Modular Routers are just as fast as laser IO because they can send items a stack at a time but modular routers have the advantage in that they can send across any distance and between any dimensions. Oh, and you don't have to craft a block for every place you want to output items or fluids meaning you can save a ton of materials in the end.
He didn't do it to not make it too obvious that he's getting 'inspiration' from Pilpoh.

hey chosen think about removing the blocks around the farm replacing it with water and surrounding it with lily pads, you will be able to walk but also get more effect.
Ahhh. Refind Sotrage. My favorite storage mod.
I added Cyclic to the pack, and they have a block called the harvester which is relatively easy to craft and can farm a mac 25x25 with power and doesn't break the seed.

Heads up for those who want to use harvester pylon, the inventory size of the chest will impact the harvest speed, so put a netherite chest there for more slots, and pump the item from netherite chest to ender chest
I do not believe this to be true. I just tested using a netherite chest vs a 3x3 ender chest. zero difference.

The Travel Anchor mod uses right-click, instead of jump! It threw me off, too.
Hey Chosen, if you wanted to, you can also have the drawer controller directly above the harvesting pylon then link that to the drawers, saves the enderchest and laser IO

I just built my mystical agriculture setup but with industrial foregoing... the harvester pylon is much better because it doesn't break the plant, I wish I knew some of the mods earlier instead of brainstorming my convoluted setup, like the lily pads and pylon... I also was about to do ars wands with grow magic on it but your setup is much easier and will give tons of essence super fast
The Growth Accelerators in Mystical Agriculture are a bit confusing because I have read they only affect the *first* plant above them and also that they affect all plants in the x-number of blocks range above it. Both of these can't be true and 'official' sources state both. It'll be interesting to see which way this setup works.

You can use metals from Mystical Aggriculture in Tinkers' Constructs. They all have the prosperous attribute wich will give you prosperity shards when used.

You can use allthemodium hoes in the pylon and it wont take durability dmg oop didnt notice he realised that later in the vid
You could use the roller and extruder machines for atm rods and plates. It's cheaper and they are easily made.
I love mystical agriculture. It's really easy to automate it and get as many items of whatever you want. It's a fun mod because of that. I like to have the RF tools crafter craft each type of essence and then craft the items I need at the moment. It's super fast and can handle the high growth rates you can get later in the mod. You can also use botany pots to automate the entire setup easily and it's quite fast until you need the growth accelerators. My favorite part about the mod is that you can just let it run in the background and you'll grow the resources you need most. It would help massively with MineColonies because you can grow your ores and not have to wait for your miners or nether miners to get the resources, which speeds up the game a whole lot. It's easy to automate with create as well.

Hydrators by Industrial Foregoing speedup the growth of Mystical Agri crops quite fast, and their effects stack, with a range addon +4 with some speed upgrades, and equally separating 4 Hydrators, you can get a really fast farm setup. I don't know if AgriCraft is in the modpack too, but if it is, you can use crop sticks and mutate your crops into 10/10/10and get massive and super fast outputs for any essence, super useful for lategame massuve production. I used this setup back in Divine Journey 2 and used a horn of the wild with player simulators to collect the crops without breaking the crops sticks.

You just use right click while standing in an Anchor to teleport (facepalm) jumping and crouching allow you to move to anchors above or below like with elevators.
Allthemodium won’t take durability either
you can use Builder with space chamber from RFtools, combine with Plant Gatherer from industrial foregoing. i think its the fastest way to farm inferium essence

Love what you do; but even though your playing on a new series and mappack; still feels like your playing in the same world... Kinda wish you tried a different build style; something completely different... anywho keep bringing the content thanks for it;

Lol .i knew u were gonna do the lilly pads, because thats what id do...but for me...i wouldve just put them all around the outer edge of the farm...lol
I'm sure you figured it out, but you dont need the travel wand if you stand on the anchor. You just right click the other anchor (might need an empty hand, but usually dont)
An upgraded omnidirectional hopped can do 4 stacks per tick, I wonder if that laser can be upgraded further? 99% of things dont need faster than 1 stack per tick anyway.
For speeding up crop growth, you can stack a layer of lilypad of fertility underneath the farmland. A mob farm + nature seed should get you started on this process.
Also, Root Classic has a spell called Accelerate, that can be used on machines and botany pot. I have a 9 by 9 hydroponic beds setup with 2 does of Accelerate spell on each machine. This setup generates so much essence that it cannot be handled by a laserio node with 9 item cards on extract mode and overclock.
To get a ton of prosperity shards, I would recommend making a digital miner. You can get 1k in
Man mystical ag is pretty op, especially with botany pots. Modern modded Minecraft is not shy about infinite resource generation…
@ChosenArchitect why don't you use multiservo press or create press to make allthomodium plates and rods that way its cheaper.
Rf tools builder with the clearing quarry upgrade is much faster. You can also use fortune and other upgrades
when i tried placing inferium seeds in normal farmland, it didn't work. why is this?
By the way, in Laser IO you can can press control and it will the out the item stack faster than pressing shift.

Using mystical agriculture with Thermal Series to have a inf essence source.
You can cook the everlasting beef into cooked everlasting beef and the values go up like normal.
Does the lily also grow help grow portted auto farmers? Or can it not support potted plants?
Be careful with the eternal steak. My auto feed upgrade ate it and took it so it didn't recognize it as eternal.

I have roughly 200 functional storage drawers tied into my refined storage system. Over 100 hours of playtime and no issues. Must've been an isolated thing.
Are you talking about regular RS blocks or only the advanced ones? Because the regular ones work fine.

I'm struggling to figure out how to automate inferium into supremium upgrading with refined storage. I had the same problem with AE: it wants to make a new infusion crystal every time even when I turn off "exact". Anxiously waiting to see if you can come up with a nifty way of handling it. Really enjoying the series! Thanks!
with refined storage, make a crafting grid and when you make the pattern, you can leave the infusing crystal in the crafter and it'll keep using it. There's an option called keep things like buckets from exiting the crafter.
Use an auto-crafter from another mod (RFTools crafter for example) to craft them all up to insanium and store that in RS. Then just uncompress them as needed

u can so this to make the farm a lot better
do a 9x9 then put a Lilly pad in each corner out side of the 9x9 and having 4 more that are on the lines as the main water supply this will water and have the lily pad effect hit all plants and then u can have a harvester pylon in the middle so now u have a automatic farm and u get more when u chunk load it so while your out u can get more and more then when u get more farms link them with pipes and have a main chest then link it using pipes or recover and transmitter from the ref storage
just a heads up u dont have to use it
Two lily pads cover the entire field if you place them right next to the pylon, one on each side. And if you place the next field three blocks above the effect will hit it as well. There’s no need for more lily pads as it doesn’t increase production.
