I see that it is pretty easy to create the apps. But how does it work after that? I create an app for a client. Do I send them the files or something and they upload it to the App Store? Or do I need to upload it for them under my account? Do I need to run the app for them or can they do everything once I create And deliver it? I am very interested in getting this. Just have no idea what happens after I create the app for the client
Basically, you can download the QR code of the app and send it to your clients so they can preview the app. Additionally, you will have the app URL. When they visit that URL, they can download the app (there's an icon in the address bar to do that). Visit my website to find samples. You can also convert these apps into native iOS/Android versions and provide them to your clients. However, with the agency license, they can manage everything themselves.

They can do that themselves if you get the enterprise/agency license.
