I think a lot of these types of "12 apps I use" videos pretty much just explain what the apps do, but I can usually figure that out from each of their sales pages. What's really interesting is seeing how all the tools work together and help your team communicate. I loved how you showed using both Figma and Slack in communication with Stefan. It was one specific scenario, but you showed how each of the apps came in handy in different aspects of the project.
It's fun to see the amount of trust you have in your team. Handing over the reigns to the point where you can have statements like "Ali can film when he wants but not what he wants" is a powerful indication of trust. 🍀

Though it is surprising that software expenses are way more than the other stuff, it just shows the power of the internet's resources and how much you can do online.

🍀 Whenever doing project management related tasks for university group projects, I'm always looking for new digital tools that can help streamline communication and collaboration. Often though, during termtime there isn't enough time to properly explore new apps and tools. So this video was so useful in pointing me in the right direction for things to consider in the future. Also, generally I'm interested to see how businesses can organise themselves and can ensure that so many people work towards a common goal, so it was really interesting to see how Ali's team are doing exactly that- great video!!
🍀I took notes on the entire video listing every app and whatnot. It brings so much clarity as to how many systems and software are required for the business to operate at a adequate efficiency. Though it is surprising that software expenses are way more than the other stuff, it just shows the power of the internet's resources and how much you can do online.
