    he won me at 6 reps is the most one should do. I highly agree and have seen this guys form. I will be purchasing the book.

    „The less repetitions you do, the more you need to rest“, but then he says you should rest 2-3 minutes for 1-3 repetitions and 6 minutes for 6 repetitions 🤔

      Depend on the weight lifted. If you do 6 reps and do them right, you'd want 5 mins rest or so (to build muscle). For power stuff and low rep, 3-5 mins is standard. I hope this helps!

    What if I do 6 reps really slow?

      That would work, but not for training power.
