Franklin Richards is definitely top ten. There are more powerful characters that have said that they don't want to mess with Franklin. Such as molecule man, the living tribunal, thanos and galactus.
I feel that One-Above-All and the Presence are one character existing both in Marvel and DC and looks that way because of how their universes can see or comprehend them.

The presence seems not to be omnipotent if you read vertigo. He states he was created by outerversal forces. The one above all on the other hand seems to be infinite dimensional. This means he is omniversal which includes all realities existing as fiction. Also I would say the presence isn’t even the most powerful being within the DC multiverse. Theoretical destiny of the endless seems more potent as he is also omniversal like the one above all. In conclusion the presence is limited whilst the one above all is unbound.

He ripped the void from sentry. While I do agree he should be in this list and this list overall is stupid, he didn’t rip sentry in half as a feat of his strength, he did it because he is God of the void. God of darkness. Therefore he can casually rip the void from sentry because that’s his whole thing. It’s like Thor and lightning.

His consciousness transcends physical matter... That's why he's Dr. Manhattan. He literally pulled random atoms out of the air to configure the blue body he is known for after his Human body was obliterated into nothingness by a machine that literally tears apart atoms.

For Scarlett Witch you should look at the house of M comic where she wipes out most of the Mutants just by saying it but my point was that Superman and Hulk are known as the most powerful person on each of their teams for a reason.

Need advice for my novel*
Didn’t know where else to ask but I thought I’d try and comment on a few videos. I am currently writing a novel series set in an alternate London. Long story short, it’s about a team of soldiers who battle against terrorists & gangs throughout the city. The soldiers are enhanced but not physically, they posses a chemical that grants them immense focus and rapid learning abilities (FYI - no where near as powerful as the limitless drug) the group of soldiers will start off as individual characters that eventually come together (think along the lines of avengers but more grounded) armed combat sports is a thing and that’s why they’re are many “famous soldiers”
I have been debating whether or not to include on dark badass supernatural characters that is basically death’s assassin, this character will be thought of the same way as we think of Bigfoot & yetis (as in, doubtful they exist but always a possibility)
Please let me know if you think it is a good idea or if you think it could potentially ruin and spoil the story,

There’s limits to rogue’s ability, she can be overwhelmed by too much power. Leech is a mutant that has the same ability as Rogue but doesn’t seem to have that limitation, and he’s just a kid but absorbed an insanely powerful mutant like it was nothing 👀
