Video is somewhat outdated. The "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network" is now located in its own preference sub-heading called "Scripting and Expressions".

Hey there, perhaps you can help? I can't seem how to get the script to show up in AE CC2020? I did manage in AE 19? Can you give me a steer in the right direction, please?

@@TheDannycoyne the scipt is installed in the Program Files>Adobe > After Effects 2019 > Scripts > Script UI Panels
Just copy and paste these two files
      1. RenderGarden.jxbin
      2. Garderner.py
from that directory into the same path but for AE 2020, it should show up then.

@@TheDannycoyne Hi. You can also just run the latest installers on mekajiki.com and choose the 2020 checkbox.

Hello, I would recommend contacting Mekajiki support directly here: www.mekajiki.com/rendergarden/ In the lower right corner you will see a "? Help" button. This is not a live chat but a place to submit support questions. They are quick to respond. I'd recommend including your OS, your version of After Effects, and screenshots of your errors for the fastest response. Also, make sure you're using the latest version of RenderGarden. There was a patch out not long ago. If you click to download, you can get the demo version and use your license key to unlock it.

I don't have that option for python. Where is it? I don't have a download page.

Hi. On Mac you do not need to install Python since it comes with the OS. On Windows you need to download it from here: www.mekajiki.com/rendergarden/support

This video is outdated. All the links have changed.

Yes, this video is pretty old! The product hasn't changed much overall though, but it has been updated to work with current software. The link to buy works in the description. If you need any help with it, please contact us at support@toolfarm.com.

@@toolfarm Thanks. I need support cause the Trial demo isn't working with my AE 2022.

@@TiagoMacielAKI I'd recommend re-downloading it. The latest build supports 2022 and is version 1.2, however, they didn't change the version number when it was updated, which is confusing.
The easiest way is to just go to their website and download it there. You don't need to enter any credit card details or anything, even though it looks like a purchase on their site. Go to the link below and click "download". You will need to enter your name and email. This just ensures that you have the most recent version.
If this still doesn't work for you, please send me a message and I'll investigate it further.
