I like your tutorials : they make me try to solve the design first (and fail doind so ;-D) and then watch how you did it. One thing though : the designed part does not match the plan. The part on the plan has no "bottom" whereas yours has one. Basically, around 8:00 when the bottom protrusion is designed, one should get a "holed" part. One could sketch using references to the inner side (as well as the outside) of the already constructed part in order to have both the outside and the inside contour and then stamp
Glad you came and you said my video was of some use to you, I'm happy for that. As for the problem you said at the bottom, it's because there is one more step I missed in the video. I'm sorry for confusing you.
@@FreeCADTutorials As a matter of fact, I was a bit puzzled. And that pushed me towards finding a way to finish the part according to the plan. That made the tutorial even more interesting.
Great excersie, bro! One thing - that not always you can follow - because of no screen keys are shown or you not saying what shortcuts on keyboard you do.
Thank you for your message. To confuse you, I didn't do it well enough, I didn't actually use any keyboard shortcuts, it was all mouse clicks. maybe next time i should operate slower
Very good, very fast too. Thanks
awesome video, learned some things, maybe put the technical drawings in the description?
ok
Where did you get the drawing examples?
You have great tutorials for beginners. Just go on. Please, what program do you use to record your screen and comments?
OBS
@@FreeCADTutorials thank you very much

just a remark: the bottom does not have a cutout, as it should be based on the drawing
