When I was a little kid in the 80s, I thought Rowdy Roddy Piper was the worst person in the world. ;) Now I see the smile and the charisma and the showmanship. Incredible.

I just watched They Live for the first time and was shocked how capable he was as a leading man. Natural screen presence and already a much better actor than a lot of the action stars of the 80s and 90s.

Saw Roddy wrestle for the first time in 1978, him and Playboy Buddy Rose were a tag team, Roddy was high intensity and fun to watch.
