In construction RFI for one is Request for Information - mean if contractor have any query / need clarification in drawings, procedure etc. than RFI generated,
2nd case RFI- Request for Inspection, in this case contractor request to client for checking of, conncreting, steel, shuttering. Brickwork, plaster for prior to start works, mean for inspection all construction activities.
