I have some doubts,
As we practice on site as per the drawings...
The development length is the total length of L shaped bar, start from the face of the column and beam, but you told it's only the bent portion of the rebar in side the column... Please clearfy..
And it's not a constant value it varies with the grade concrete....
In general we use 50 d... But you told
