@@sfolsen421 with Mochila, the stitches are really close together. When you make the crab stitch in every stitch it will look a bit cramped. It looks nicer when you skip every other stitch.

Patricia Taplin Yes the gray. You will get the look of the little bag I showed in the beginning of the video. The little red dots you then get will look a bit like a field of poppies.

Patricia Taplin I would do the first round of crab stitch with one of the red yarns. And I think for the second round, I would use the main color.

The ring is a brace, it is called a silver splint. It prevents my thumb from bending 90 degrees the wrong way.
