yall feel like celebrities to me because im in a 1A band and we went to state last year and when you showed yall were having rehearsal at heroes stadium i was like NO WAYYYY because we also rehearsed there last year at state. im so proud of yall and yall's show this year it was amazing!
15:53. I know that exact feeling. My band won all but one of the competitions that we went to all season (we got third at the Iowa regional BOA comp), so going into state we were fairly confident. We had by far the best run we had had all season, so when we got third in the state it came as a surprise to all of us. It was the first time in my marching career that I have broken 90 points (we got 90.95) so I should be really proud of how we ended up but at the same time i wanted the title.
Y’all shouldn’t be disappointed at all. Like Vandegrift had won Grand Nationals in 2019, so they’re a really good band program as well. Love from Aledo ❤

I was a chaperone on this bus and I had NO IDEA the vlog was filming! I was sitting 20 feet away for this entire trip and didn't make the vlog once, lol.

That’s so cool! Where I live, we all knew about Legacy High School going to BOA but I never knew about Vista Ridge! Also just curious, is your category determined by band size or school size? I notice you guys are 4A and with a lot of people but my band is also 4A and only with 39 people because we are categorized by school (student attendance) size 😅
