Yesss, stepping back and looking at the whole picture is so important. This past lunar cycle I have realized how I have been treated as an employee my whole entire life. I am pivoting my career from social services (feeling super burnt out) to more of a behind-the-scenes role. I'm practicing putting my needs first and looking forward to seeing if/how my energy and mental health change. Yay!

Luckily Sag is my rising sign, and my TF is an Aires Sun.... we are learning to move beyond the cycles of emeshment with our parents and to thrive in new ways, even with CPTSD episodes... On the surface it appears to be more of a need for time blocking & eliminating distractions. However... I've found that I tend to subconsciously distract myself in order to avoid certain things.
