Hey Just wanted to ask if you know the solution for missing resolutions on my setting for some reason only 3840 x 2160 shows up
Try first to update your GPU drivers.If that fails to resolve the problem, Try System File Scan.To perform SFC Scan, refer to the below link:support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
went I open my laptop it is in full screen with no start menu or taskbar and any button I press nothing happen??
Try the windows key and D together on the keyboard. Do you get a desktop?
