Carol sounds like she changed her goals to be with Hal even tho he was quite inconsiderate and aggressive with tryna get with her while she was engaged, then she randomly ditches her fiancé at the alter to be with Hal/recieve an energy ring, and this is after reassuring him she wanted to get married after her fiancé questioned her twice about it, and then were to believe all her actions were conveniently motivated from Carol wanting to be a hero fight alongside Hal…? Dude what heck kinda writing of a female character is this?

I guess the reasoning is they have such strong history, but honestly Green Lantern comics aren’t exactly historically known for their great depictions of women. Jessica Cruz is still relatively new, but they mostly keep her away from stories either Hal ‘Steal yo Gal’ Jordan.
