    1. Abolish Qualified Immunity through legislation.
    2. Add a citizens oversight board of actual citizens, not police, to investigate use of force and police complaints.
    3. Eliminate the "We investigated ourselves, and found no wrong doing" mantra used to cover for bad policing and try to prevent lawsuits.
    4. End Police Unions - This is a Right to Work state.
    5. When police officer are found to have violated policy, they lose their POST certification and must retrain and re-certify.
    6. Require Police Officers to carry their own Insurance for misconduct lawsuits.

Masa/Phoenix PD is one of the worst departments in Arizona from what I've seen in many 1A videos.
Granted, it isn't the best place to find out what actually happened and seems to be directed to some of the worse traffic stops and other activities, officers behavior and adherence to the Constitution, police are called to in the area.
This is also shown to be the case in MANY JURISDICTIONS across the Country.
It's a HUGE PROBLEM when dealing with civil rights of the public and the fact that many police agencies DON'T WANT TO HONOR THEIR OATH OF OFFICE and simply a basic MISUNDERSTANDING of CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THE PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRACTICE.

Cops are supposed to be on our side, with the ability to use proper professional discretion, but instead get away with harassing or bullying many citizens that don't deserve that kind of treatment. And, then it's like they wonder why so many people don't trust cops at all, anymore.
