Thank you so much Claudia, I really really enjoyed watching you create that amazing and awesome piece of fabric from scraps and soluble interfacing too. I’ve made leaves from, but I’ve never done this before. I’ve subscribed and given you a thumbs up too. Please stay safe and well too
Hi Claudia, I like this project! I am always drawn to the watercolor like batiks and now that we are headed to fall I am drawn to the saturated colors as you mentioned. Maybe you said...I was multitasking...would this be ok being hand washed? Over time will it turn into a tangle of threads?
I went to your blog link and saw you said hand wash. I used to see people do something similar sewing through tulle and that might help lessen fraying. Well yours is gorgeous.
I"m not understanding why this helps. From what I see, you are pinning and sewing, then getting rid of the stabilizer with water. No ironing? How did this help?? Yes, I'm a dolt!!!
Definitely NOT a dolt! 😂. The stabilizer kind of acts like a piece of solid fabric so it’s much easier to sew all of those stitches. If you didn’t have that, all of those little scraps of fabrics would shift around or get folded over and caught in the machine. Thanks for watching. Have a great weekend!
Thank You so much great idea and love the use of TINY BITS.
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching!

Thanks so much and welcome! This is a fun technique. Your kind comments made my day. Thank you 🤗
Great for use in journals too or cut into snippet rolls! TFS ❣️🧵💚💜💛
Valence for a small window in a boho decor room? I think, yes please. Thanks for the tutorial!
I like the idea of a valance. Thanks!
Thank you very much madam. Please what type of needle.....spring needle or normal one
Thank you for watching. I just use a regular sewing needle.
You don’t have to worry about the edges of the little pieces fraying over time?
These are somewhat fragile so it doesn’t get washed or heavy use. I imagine over a long time it may fray, but not to much unless it’s used a lot.

Thanks. You definitely want to hand wash, and gently too.
Мне кажется , что это дорогой способ.
You mean watch the PINheads, not needles...
