If you do the math, cashback outperforms magical footwear at 3 items. At 2 items magical footwear has more gold value than cashback and you can get that pretty quick.
The rune setup works pretty good, but the Youmuu gets denied by just one tabi, so it is not that good against tank champions or whoever that gets a tabis
