At min 26:45 , I think the reason is more about using the gold you got, using the advantage you made yourself, sure you lose some EXP but this is inevitable, The EXP is nothing compared to the damage you will get from your items, this EXP lead of the Ashe cant develop more then that few minions, and now he would keep winning lane because he used his gold and is able to pressure and control the lane more with his 1300 gold spend vs the the 3 minions EXP lead of the Ashe, which does nothing as well if she dont try to play on her level ups. Also if he stays for this wave, he may get stack in lane for more waves unable to use his gold for too long or even worst they can force him into bad recall.

Cosmic max stack gets level up which gets some stats on its own but im not sure its value if its not paired with another mid game spiking rune like cash back or boots vrs absolute gathering i think absolute gathering is still better mid game because the ad helps get wave prio but thats just my opinion
