Striped Bass Fishing On Top Of The Spillway By Myself. EP 224

When to the spillway try to catch some striped bass or wipers , they have been releasing water out of the spillway for a week now so I decided to go try it by myself. I didn't expect to catch anything, but I caught my limit.
