I love the NIR 101. I’d buy one even just for display.

Nice video. Just a note.... Bachmann made Skarloey a few years ago now and the talyllyn painted variant followed. But basically all the Thomas 009 locomotives are based on the real talyllyn railway since the rev Awdry volunteered there for years. There's lots more coming and if people can't wait for Bachmann europe to catch up to what is already available there's a website UK based who gets the Thomas range and has more there than what Bachmann europe has made available here so far. Won't put the website in comment without permission

You could call this current era of model railways, The Age of the Historic Bo-Bo..........

One of the preserved NIR 101s was scrapped….the whole story of there preservation is quite controversial

Worth noting the PECO (pronounced P Co.) vanfit hasn't "been out for years" but is all new tooling first seen in BR bauxite earlier this year.

Are the Thomas narrow gauge models OO9 or actually HO9 as sold in the US?

Rheneas in yellow is a version seen in one CGI special movie of the series and was done to probably cash in on a different colour

Hmm, I was told this was new in N-Scale... is it perhaps a new version/tooling?
