Darren Smart preparing for 2019 Finke Desert Race on the CRF450L???

Darren Smart gives the CRF450L the berries along a country road and by the looks, he wasn't doing it to take in the views....note that this CRF has the 11 litre Nomad tank, Barkbuster Handguards and Metzeler MC360 tyres - other than that, it is 'bog stock' - three mods to make the CRF a VERY cool rig for a wide variety of off-road riding...is the 1983 250cc class winner getting reay to do Finke for the firt time since 1985?

Respect Darren! You havent lost your Speed! How do you rate the CRF450L? I have an Old '05 CRF450x & its still quick if you ask me! Yer a Bloody Legend mate! -Cheers👍🇭🇲

The bike is sensational mate - I also had one of the original 450X models which I rode the wheels off but this new L model is way better - not so much in speed but in the way it steers - all the best mate
