@@mediocri5y There's no discrepancy. Everything blurs into everything else, and the effects are too much. Not exactly what you want in a game requiring precise aim.

Cultic just came out, but I'm surprised to see no Gman review for "Forgive Me Father" which has a similar tone and came out in April. Both fantastic games.

Really cool how you recorded this with the colors you can see, as I understand you are red green colorblind thus only being able to see yellow and blue, and that the game actually has many more colors, that or im just super high. Not sure if it was intentional or if anyone else caught this.
I thought the game was just yellow and blue, which I really liked as a pallette, and then realized that is on somekind of "daltonic-friendly" mode. great video!
Love the aestetich. Let's give the premise that Indie game of course cannot afford to have the "ultra-realistic" graphics, nor i really expect/want them to because i don't care that much, first because i dont put on the same level "realism" and good visuals, second because i play indie games for innovation, fun gameplay or interesting stories, so it's fine if sometimes graphic is not the strong point of an indie. Still, what indie devs can do, like in this case, is to have good art direction and style. Sometimes they just lazily trow a borderland filter and call it a day, sometimes they make stuff like this that is actually nice to lock at and you must give them credit even if it's not you cup of tea.
