I am loving questing with runelite and im getting so many new locations unlocked!
Kourend Castle teleport. You learn it from the Arceuus library. It's super close to the catacombs and is directly in the middle of all 4 factions

Keldagrim contains the Blast Furnace minigame. With goldsmith gauntlets from the Family Crest quest (2x xp from smelting gold ore) and gold ore gives you some of the best smithing xp in the game. Upwards of 300k xp/hr+ with blast furnace. Blast Furnace also makes bars require less coal per bar. Smithing mithril bars and higher is straight profit, even if you buy all the ore from the ge. Blast Furnace is awesome.
I highly recommend you get Ice Gloves to save you from using buckets of water. So you'd wear goldsmith gauntlet, once you get the xp drop, swap to ice gloves and collect bars, deposit in bank chest, swap back to goldsmith, put ore in Furnace, repeat. If you are doing normal bars like addy or mith you just keep ice gloves on.
Weirdly enough, the Karyll portal which goes to canafis has been very useful for me. Also, Lunar Isle portal is a MUST in the future. Love the content!

just so you know, im pretty sure you only need a varrock tele in house for grand exchange. if you right click the portal for varrock, you can go straight to varrock im pretty sure. could be wrong thou. give it a test
