    I am proud of Alia but the Jamaican government is too insensitive when it come to sport right now Jamaica need about four more international swimming pools six chervan track . Prime Minister Andrew Holness the ball is in your hands

      Jamaica has other issues to deal with than build more Swimming Pools than any other nation out there.

    its astonishing that any athlete claiming to represent white "swimmers" or what have you would be absolutely destroyed by the mass media... any black person doing this is not only permitted but encouraged. By the way I respect this girl.

      Julius Goethe White people aren't bombarded with stereotypes and constantly having to prove they' aren't inferior. In the recent championships in Russia, one of the American commentators call her the "dark horse", this despite the fact hat she has already proven herself to be a contender. I also think there was pun intended when he said that.

      Julius Goethe, what were you thinking when you make that statement. Why would any white swimmer claim to represent white swimming. "SWIMMING" IS DOMINATED BY WHITE PEOPLE!!!..So what would be the point??? Please get your brain in gear before you speak or write.
