was thinking about doing this on a vespa, but not very comfortable going on highways. what's the speed limit/fastest you were riding?

The highway from Boulders beach to Cape pf Good Hope is awesome and mostly empty. I was riding at around 30-40 kmph and enjoying the scenery. However, it is incredibly windy once you enter the Cape of Good National Park. My scooter was shaking horribly due to the wind when I had parked it at the Lighthouse.
