Thanks so much for filming and sharing this wonderful video!! I haven’t made any baked oatmeal yet but it looks fantastic! Dutch babies are my favorite way to enjoy pancakes especially with cinnamon sugar on top of them and maple syrup
Inspiring video! Thank you! Would you be willing to share your mayo recipe? I love the fact that it didn't make a giant batch and that it used the whole egg.
Sure! I just add one room temperature egg, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to a jar and then I add 1 cup of avocado oil over the top. Next, I use my immersion blender, placing it in the bottom of the jar and slowly lifting it up making sure everything is emulsified.
Such great recipes! Thank you for sharing and putting the time in, I’m sure you have a very full and joyful life so I just wanted to thank you personally for taking the time to share with us! God bless you and your beautiful family!
Well, I learned something today. All this time, I have been pronouncing the word kefir as "key-fur" like the actor Kiefer Sutherland. But I just looked it up, and you're right. It definitely is supposed to be "kuh-feer."
I am super excited for my next grocery haul so I can do a big breakfast prep! I think my favorite thing to prep is pancakes and biscuit breakfast sandwiches!
Great video, Justine, thank you! We eat so similarly 😊 Baked oatmeal, frittatas and Dutch babies are on the rotation here as well. So excited to try your strawberry lemon Dutch baby 🤤 Great tip on the collagen, I have some good stuff to use up, I’ll throw it in some muffins 😋 Raw milk is great to round out a meal! 🤗 So amazing you guys travel so far for Mass , that’s commitment 💖 We travel 35 minutes one way to Latin Mass. I enjoy your content so much. Love from a Canadian in Missouri 💛
My dear I LOVE your videos and recipes. I would love if you would give a little more information on soaring the oats overnight in Keifer or yogurt you had another recipe that you soaked overnight. Do you leave it on the counter or put it in the fridge and what is the reason you do this? I would love to know. Thank you so much for the time you take to make and share your videos. God bless you and your precious family 💗🤗
Hi! I soak my grains and leave it on the counter overnight to break down the acids in the grain and make them more digestible. I’ve noticed my kids have less digestion issues if I do this.
Your muffins really looked delicious and everything else!
You’re kids are so blessed to have you as their mother
God bless
That’s so sweet! Thank you 🙏

Thank you! ☺️ I love hearing how other families eat, makes me feel like my menus are normal and I don’t have to be fancy to feed my family.
Great appetizing meals!
Thank you 😊
Delicious! Excited to try these recipes! When you soak your oats in kefir, do you keep it in the fridge overnight or on the counter?
Yes I keep it on the counter. As long as your soaking medium is acidic (think vinegar, whey, yogurt, buttermilk, etc) it won’t spoil.
Great video
Thanks!
