I forgot to comment this. But when you eza a character they should give you an option to “reset” the hidden potential for free. It sucks that a unit from 3+ years ago that you gave full additional now needs full dodge and vice versa post eza and you have to spend stones to fix them as a f2p
Teq ssj4 Gogeta is a prime example of that, a lot of people gave him full crit when at the time his counter would demolish sbr enemies

They could allow atk lowering and seals in endgame content without making it too easy.
For example, you’d only be able to atk lower or seal the boss for their next 3-4 attacks in the turn. The boss would also have like a 30% chance to break free of the debuffs with each attack they do.
Exactly this! Or sort of an "if, then" scenario, like "if the boss is sealed or stunned, then they cannot be sealed or stunned again for the next 3-5 turns". Maybe even something like a boss can only be sealed or stunned once per phase, or the boss can only be ATK debuffed 3 or so times before it stops doing anything. There are ways to do it, it just requires more back-end work that we don't even know if they've ever considered or have just chosen not to do because "thats what ESBR and SBR are for".

I’d also like to see them make it on per turn basis. Instead of debuffing for multiple turns, it only works on the turn that the effect happened. Then next turn, the boss is normal
I think a better option would be u can only debuff once as in u cannot stack it. So if u lower ATK u cannot lower ATK again. U can up it to greatly lower or massively lower but u cant apply more then the percentage proportional to the multiplier. Also u landing an debuff again doesnt reset how many turns they are debuffed so if u stun u have to wait the 2 turns to stun again

8:37 I'd say 2-5 per new max linked character(scaling from non-TUR to LR) is decent enough stones so players feel inclined to link level their entire box instead of just leaving a bunch of unused ssr and f2p units in there. Considering the lack of viable renewable stones, this would make up for it imo
Debuff should definitely be allowed on hard content like Red Zone and stuff. The best way they could do it is by giving the bosses some resistance. For example, once you lower a boss ATK, your subsequent debuffs would be lower and lower. And stunning/sealing a boss would give them a guaranteed turn afterward where they can't be debuffed. This way, you can allow some variety to teambuilding and will start to consider bringing a gimmick unit just for this stuff.
It's a bubble popping game they ain't doing all that
Dokkan either needs to incentivize the end-game long-form events it already has via weekly missions or provide new end-game long-form events to encourage players to build-up certain characters who are falling off due to lack of end-game viability since almost all end-game events are made shorter and reward players for shorter/quicker clears.
I like how people say dodge sucks but forget that caulifla carried in the God event, showing how strong dodge can be when units have it.

I think my issue is that Truth's original point is perfectly fine a chance vs no chance is fine but once you start giving certain units more it becomes less a matter of fact and more a matter of opinion and people lose sight of that. Of course I don't believe Truth is saying this besides to be a a little trolly to those that get butthurt over dodge builds. Personally I don't give more than maybe 3 dodge if at all to units with guard and or per attack received characters. Now a support unit sure they need or a unit that has raw stats like say Bardock I'd probably give him a mix of additional and dodge because he raises def and that can be just as beneficial as dodge.
WWC celebration banner format was a massive W in my book. They just need to make the powerlevels not so lopsided... except for the extreme LR. They HAVE to be busted.

For debuffs there could be a mechanic where a debuff is applied but it doesn't have any effect. But it would allow units that have buffs like extra attack when enemy is stunned to have a place in the game. I'm looking at you buttenks

Truth is actually so disconnected from regular dokkan players it feels like he has looped around to not understanding the game on some level.
People should 100% always summon on what they want, If you despise the 8th anni with all your heart, then you can skip it, sure it's not technically the most optimal thing to do but it's a billion percent more important to do what you are happy with and what you have the most fun with rather than make the most optimal decisions at the cost of your enjoyment.

This is a gacha game you can't use the possibility of getting shafted as a reason you should skip units that you'd enjoy. Also your example here is bad because literally 1 dfe in the last year has been near unusable in red zone, That's Raditz and you can even then still clear RZ stages with him, it sucks but you can do it so if someone's favorite character is raditz then I'd never tell that they need to skip Raditz, If they want him and would enjoy using him then they're more than welcome to summon on things they'd enjoy.

Yh sure you pulled the unit. Try him in RedZone he's selling (Alot of units from last year sell at 55% Bardock, yamcha, lr Agl ssj goku and Gohan,etc). How would the player feel having spent over 1000 stones to pull a mid character (not unusable but just average)and nothing else cause the banner is bad. They'd feel disappointed that they wasted a couple months of grinding to pull something that isn't to crazy (i would know I've been that player). It'll mess up your enjoyment of the game way more than if you just skipped
Compare that to a player who saved and then went crazy on the anni banners and then use the coins to just get their favorite unit for free. Even if he finds out the character is mid you still have busted units to use and alot less regret
The chance of getting shafted should always be on your mind as f2p cause if I summon on a bad banner with an amazing dfe and get shafted I'd have a huge pile of regret on my forehead Remember that this is a gambling game
Summoning on what you want will only be good advice for casual players who login maybe once a week or something. But for frequent player i'd advice to summon on good banners and then buy with coins

The Bleach brave souls mechanic is that you get summon currency for hitting the max level for a character, and it's dependent on their rarity.
For example, 5 stars in BBS is the equivalent of an SSR in Dokkan, 6 stars awaken from your summonable 5 stars so they're basically URs. You get 50 of the summon currency for hitting level max level on any 5 star, and 75 for hitting max level on the 6 star awakened version. They give out currency for hitting max level on all rarities, it just becomes lower the lower the rarity of the character obviously. And you can only do it once, so if you get a 5 star Ichigo to max level, and then pull another duplicate of that Ichigo, you will not get summon currency for hitting the max level with him a second time.

For me tho it's not. It's dependent on individual boxes.
If I have 7 of those characters rainbowed, then that banner isn't good to me. But that's the only reason.

Man I see so many battles debating if the LR Z Duo are bad.
Personally, I think they're just like most other stacking units: Their defense is trash until about turn 4 (if they still aren't looking good by turn 7 something's definitely wrong)
Even the 7th Yr LRs are falling off, but the LR Gods save themselves with that chance to dodge post transformation (SS4 Gogeta gets DR but still)

Before the God event INT SSJ4 Gogeta was better, but after that released, Teq Ultimate Gohan surpassed him by being the defensive god that now was deeply needed, compared to before you didn't need over 400k to survive every single attack

I suppose for difficult content and debuffs in particular they could make it so that say you land a stun on the phase that's currently "immune" to it and instead make it so that it has a 20% chance of the stun working. So you must first land it which in itself is RNG usually and then it will only work 20% of the time to basically not trivialize the content completely. You would NOT know if it procs via the icon as that only would be present to show that IT CAN happen instead of a guarantee. This way you will continue to play cautiously while being presented with moments of sheer ecstasy at random to make the experience so much more exciting. That was just an example and I wouldn't mind if it was set at even something as low as 5% and say seal would follow a similar fate but say activate at 10% if stun would be at 5%. ATK down could also work but say gets capped at 20%. Meaning that no matter what the boss would retain 80% of its atk to again not neuter difficulty. Naturally when put all up together this would create disparity but applying SOME of these can spice things up without affecting balance negatively. Is it a difficult task? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes. Why? Because this way we incorporate all the mechanics instead of shying away from them completely. Items I find to be ok and do not really need a change in that regard.

Bleach Brave Souls gives you stones for every character you level max from 1*-6*. 50 stones for a max level 5* and 75 stones for a max level 6*. Makes it more worthwhile to collect.
Str goku/gohan works good with godku because you can keep godku slot one until goku/gohan transforms and then move godku to slot two and transform him.
I still want an Android #21 card that isn't ass. So far that hasn't happened yet. Make her an Android category support leader.

"Summoning on whatever you want" isn't the same as "summoning on every banner. It just means that hey, your favorite unit's releasing so you'll summon for him because you like him compared to summoning on meta banners. At the end of the day, not everyone cares about meta and a lot want to summon because they like certain characters.
Dokkan needs end-game weekly missions for the times in-between big events. Like beat Fighting Legend GT Goku with a Special Pose team.

Neo guy is right on one thing and that is debuffs like ATT down and DEF down are the most usless things they can put on super attacks and some units get gutted by needing those for their Kit EZA STR buutenks for example needing def or att down to get 80% att and def so if the enemy cant get debuffed they lost like 30% of their kit and thats so sad.
in bleach when you level up a character you get like compensation, in gems, for spending resources on leveling up your units

Bleach brave souls every time you get a card to max lvl for the first time you get currency. Basically allowing you to farm a multi for every two cards you max out.
Imagine during golden week we get a new teq kaioken goku that has a stand by that transforms him into ui for 5 turns he would be a great leader for universar survival saga and a 200% leader for reps of u7
In bbs you get 125 orbs per character when fully leveled (200 for resurrected characters). 125 orbs is about 25 dragon stones.

I think that Orange piccolo being the best team in the game is literally when he goes Orange and takes all the slots. You basically have an unkillable team that can last 3 turns and triple super for like 6 or 7M on each slot.
The highest potential and most anticipated EZA in the game to me is the phy angel Frieza,
summoning for whatever you want and summoning on every banner is so different. i think that guy meant summoning for super 17 right before anni or even yamcha upcoming, not on both but just one bc you like them for whatever reason.

Bleach Brave Souls gives you currency for maxing out your characters level. If dokkan did it, it would look like this: SSR 80->1 stone. UR 100-> 5 stones. TUR 120-> 10 stones. LR 150->15 stones

They could have the "lower enemy defense" part of the super attack make it so the enemy now has a chance of being afflicted with status. Say your character lowers enemy defense on super. That boss would now have 30% chance of being stunned by your other character that stuns instead of being immune. Something that would now make use of defense debuff since its useless. Just an idea

Question for the ladies, gents and others of this comment section. I have 750 red coins, I have already pulled Godku from the new banner, I do not own Gamma 1 or Cooler. Do I go back into the banner to chase Vegeta and Trunks or do I use up 500 coins for Vegeta and Trunks and risk not being able to get Gamma 1 or Cooler from the anniversary banners?
It's gonna be a while for cooler or gamma to come back, I'd say get Vegeta and trunks. And if you get a dupe for them, then hey now they are defending even better and hitting top tier numbers. By the time gamma and cooler comes back you'll likely have the coins for them imo.
Let's all agree despite beast gohan being flawed dude can pull his weight in the team, my only real problem is ki also I usually get good rng with him even at 55%

No truth summoning on whatever banner you want isn't summoning on every single banner that comes out it's summoning on a banner that has a unit someone is personally excited about and wants that unit regardless of the overall banner

The str goku gohan is literally one of the best units in dokkan for the metal cooler core fight he literally tanks double digits post super and has a 50% chance to dodge hes god bro lol and when you dont have all 100 percent rainbow units youre not blowing through an event in 5 turnes my first metal cooler core was because of him and agl goku vegeta believe it or not
I use the Super Strike PHY Mecha Freeza on my Wicked Bloodline team so I say F2P are decent

I like int bardock more than the phy one. Sure the phy ssj is better defensively but his to unreliable the first hits hurts and when he has to tank an sa it’s already over.
Bardock is weak defensively however I like him for his strong damage output and insane support in some scenarios like a vb+gogeta rota with 3rd slot bardock I do believe nothing survives the rotation
Bots aren’t the issue preventing trading. Only a small portion of players use bots or even know how. Trading can’t happen because anyone and everyone can create a burner account and farm up enough stones for a couple multis real fast and keep trying to get the new Dokkan fest for free then trade them all to the same main account. There are only a couple incentives given to keep people from rerolling new accounts but nothing preventing it so if trading is allowed it would have to be for accounts that are a certain age. I doubt people would reroll new accounts then sit on them for 3 years or whatever to trade each Dokkan fest.
Guys please lets spam there survey’s with changing the time of the new dokkan events releasing a day before the banner
Now I think they should make it for ezas so you can go the final stage required for the eza lvl 30 for tur lvl 10 and for LR ofc and make it so you completed the previous lvls before so you can get all the medals if they want make it harder make it a little harder cause it's just annoying having to do each stage
I don't understand why people give dodge so much hate. When a game has to implement bosses to be able to cancel an ability then you know it's a good one. If you can't get hit you can't lose. You can have a 10 billion attack stat and if you get clapped by a super for 500k damage you lose
i get what that guys saying with piccolos team, its hard to say but you can run the 5th year fusions there with 2 piccolos that team has so much 1 turn potential with those 4 actives i dont see how you could ever lose. Str piccolo is godly addition a tank amognst tanks, eza godku can be there sometimes and be crazy. the GAMMAS i think if you're running it as a best scenario team not just looking at the versatility he has a point just because bond of parent and movie heros has more options doesnt mean when you run THEE best options for that team it isnt better.

Bleach brave souls gives 50 orbs when you get a caracter at level 100 then 75 at level 120 at 6* but if you get the same caracter more times you won't get any other orbs it's just for the first dupe, tho some caracters resurect So you get another 75, a discounted multi is 150 orbs and a normal multi is 250 orbs

I don’t care about the 8 year anniversary at all tbh none of the characters were hype at all the kits are nice but the character choices in itself could not care less about any of them the 5 year ezas were the best thing in that entire anniversary that’s legit the only thing I’m looking forward to doing on global
