    Not able to go without commenting for such an informative video. I am addicted to phone like many of us. I have reduced notifications, uninstalled social media. Deactivating or deleting account was the only option for me as I kept logging in. I try to keep a no phone day on Saturday or sunday every week as a detox. RUclips recommendations are off. I check personal Whatsapp messages only at a designated time. Watch only long form content. Try to minimize watch later playlist. Google search only the needed things. Now my target is to finish my RUclips playlist and start reading books instead. I have subscribed most if the good creators so I can check them occasionally every month or weekly. I'm taking things slowly because that is the only sustainable option I see. Sudden changes effect my mental state as I'm staying away from home. I'm not boasting any of these. Just sharing because I know most of us are in the same boat.
    I sincerely wish this channel grow exponentially along with the quality of content. ❤

      @@mojase3l I don't hear music everyday. I just have one playlist which I hear maybe on weekend not compulsory. Only if I feel like a change. I try to have a small list of music which is really dear to me. All together 60 minutes only if played.

      @@mojase3l reduced. Being mindful helped. Don't pick it up first in the morning. Once alarm goes off put it in the table. Be mindful whenever you pick it up. Unless you are a musician, singer that kind of profession, being addicted to music doesn't make any sense. You have to reduce the music and replace it with something useful for you particularly.

    Fb മുന്നേയും use ചെയ്യാറില്ല.. Insta ഉണ്ടാരുന്നു. But ലൈഫ് ലെ ഒരു മോശം സമയത്ത് insta ഉപയോഗം വളരെ മോശമായി ബാധിച്ചു.. Video il പറഞ്ഞപോലെ ഒരുപാട് emotions.. ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെ മറ്റുള്ളവരുമായി compare ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങി. Self confidence പോയി.. ഇപ്പൊ നിർത്തി.. ഒരുപാട് message.. Reels ഒക്കെ frnds അയക്കും.. ആ ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പോകാറില്ല. Distracted ആകാറുണ്ട്... Food കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കാറില്ല.. കുറച്ചു പേർക്കൊപ്പം ഇരിക്കുമ്പോ ഫോൺ ഒഴിവാക്കും.. എല്ലാരും ഫോൺ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് വേറെ വഴി ഇല്ലല്ലോ...Focused ആകണം.. വായിക്കണം..excercise ചെയ്യണം..
