BRITISH PATHÉ'S STORY
Before television, people came to movie theatres to watch the news. British Pathé was at the forefront of cinematic journalism, blending information with entertainment to popular effect. Over the course of a century, it documented everything from major armed conflicts and seismic political crises to the curious hobbies and eccentric lives of ordinary people. If it happened, British Pathé filmed it.
Now considered to be the finest newsreel archive in the world, British Pathé is a treasure trove of 85,000 films unrivaled in their historical and cultural significance.

Stores here in the USA used to have giftwrap as an option when you buy fancy clothes, coats etc. This used to be a very popular womens Christmas present too btw.

If big designers sketch fashion, they do not come round round coats. Fur underlines the femininity and lifts them herfor. Besides, fur is ideally against the cold, this is only second-rate in the fashion.

To this day, synthetic furs are not as warm or as waterproof as authentic animal-sourced fur pelts, downs, hides and skins.
