Tank always does this sort of thing and when he's been asked why he has said that he's doing things to study his opponent. Testing their reaction time, their body language, their tendencies - to him it's all an extension of what will happen in the ring. If he can get his opponent in a reactionary state of mind - being reactive as opposed to proactive - he's that much closer to being able to control his opponent's actions...because he's already controlling their reactions.

Gervonta is not going to throw more punches than Frank but the power and the accuracy will take make the fight close on the cards if Gervonta don't KO Martin. Well, press conference or not..this is a 100% all natural " reaction "..these are athletes..at its highest levels...their heart-rates alone..beats higher than the average person..this shows he has quick and very responsive " reaction time "...I personally would feel it to be at a disadvantage to a boxer/athlete..not to " flitch "..at a press conference or any where else, for that matter

tank was super smart with how he did it trust, notice how he had his hands in his face right before he flinched at him(trying to get him to pay attention to his hands) , and the way he was talking to him the whole press conference played a role too, tank knows what he was doin
Frank is going to react to every feint from Tank because he knows that any punch can put him to sleep and Tank has confirmation and that's why he chuckled in my opinion.

Its a flinch and nerve or fear because all fighters are used to this, and they know that they cant fight fight right now so him flinching shows he has nerve or fear plus if it was just good fast reflex, why on earth is he raising his right hand, if it was good then he would've put up his left and feinted his right
