I bought this cooler on your recommendation on 15 th April 2023 from Amazon. Although my previous hindware desert cooler has more air throw but the cooling is relatively good in this one. If your requirement is cooling with medium air throw them go for it

Optimus uses 1/7 HP 107W motor whereas Ozone uses 1/8 HP 93W motor. Both run at 1350 RPM. Ozone also uses metal blades. Optimus uses plastic/fibre blades. So there is difference in motor wattage and fan blades.

motor power (1/7 HP > 1/8 HP)
Blades (metal blades are generally better)
thickness of honeycomb pads
Water inlet for pouring water manually (only tap outlet will require you to always connect your air cooler to a tap)
Ease of opening the unit for cleaning and maintenance
Last year you mentioned maharaja whiteline as a best deseart cooler but this time you didn't add this in list. Why ?

Purchased 1 Optimus 100L, 1 bajaj 90L & 2 Ozone 88 L in last 10 days, sab badhiya hai lekin ozone wale me fas gaya uss me auto water drain ka option nhi hai jo ki jaruri hai, wo royal wala same price me hai but pata hi nahi tha difference.

Sir, crompton optimus cooler, because of having mosquito mesh wont it reduce the flow of hot air into the cooler. My understanding is that from other than front side , it takes hot air , cools it through fan and send from front. Pls correct if my understanding is wrong. Pls clarify having mosquito mesh wont affect in any way other than protecting from mosquitoes
