Get a small portable power station like the BLUETTI EB3A. Start with it fully charged, plug into your rear power point to recharge and plug in your cooler and cellphone to get continuous power. Cost of $230, is less expensive than having a dealership fix the power point timer, that only stays on for 50 minutes.
How do you set it to 0 seconds?. I want it turn off immediate because I have a CarPlay adapter plugged into the usb ports that I want to turn off when I turn my truck off

Does this also control the DC / accessories sockets (ie cigarette lighter style port), not just AC? Mine doesn’t have an AC socket and I want to be able to have the DC ports turn off after a minute.

These setting worked great for me. Detail: The 12v outlets powers down after the engine is off and the driver's door is opened. They do remain hot until the driver's door opens. P.S. Maybe passenger as well, did not check. Hopes this helps
how did you find out that 726-39-01 was the correct key to navigate to and where did you get the spreadsheet of codes to apply to the times like 10min=0258?

Can a dealer adjust these settings? My fusion had a loose battery connection, most likely since the day I bought it, almost a year later it was dead. My issue now, both outlets in the car stay on for I think a 1hr and 15 min, from what I read. They use to turn off once I opened my car door, which is what I like, but I guess it was because of the loose connection and battery drain. I don't really feel like going thru the trouble if the dealer could just adjust it.

I have a question why does everyone use the as built section in forscan and not the one that doesnt say as built. I have been using forscan on my truck 2012 raptor and on my wifes truck 2020 f150, when you go into the section that doesnt say as built you dont need all the codes its all there in plain english and when I make a change when it asks if you want to make the change I take a picture of it so I have a record of what I changed and I have had 0 issues and it is much faster and easier than trying to find the right codes to enter. Just always wondered and I asked on the forscan website and I go no answers from anyone.
Hello can you enable the 110 volt if your truck did not come with it. Mine came with a 12 volt, so I purchased one with both like yours, connect it, the wire was available behind the panel but it does not work. Any thoughts Thanks in advance

ok too bad. In brief the code is in Hex my default 1194 or Decimal 4500 [seconds] equals 75 minutes or 1:15 min. 1 hour 30 minutes is 5400 seconds [ Decimal] converted to Hex is 1518. Your example of 1 hour is 3600 Decimal converted is E10 so you enter 0E10. While figuring this out I opened the window, lost power when I did that, came back when I closed it. Decimal to Hexadecimal converters are on the web.
I’m dummy I guess simple way for me too keep constant power going to what I wanna power up all the time is. A hot wire and a fuse. It’ll be nice if they have you a easy set up feature you can set a time limit on the outlets by the steering wheel controls. That’s what I was hoping to find seems like something simple with vehicles now are complicated.

The super duty trucks have a tab for a reflash that fixes this but there is nothing for the F150. I might have to do the hard wire mod in the fuse box. I don't want to do this but until there is a software fix there might not be an option. I tried the disable power point time out with forscan and the write just goes to 53% then fails. So that doesnt seem like a viable option either

No. I tried it and it did not control dc. But the radio can be controlled. Checkout my extended radio play video

It should work. Checkout the F250/350 spreadsheet. It's very similar to the f150.

Right... i made a video on this too. You can di a lot with the enable/disable functions. But you have many more options in the As-Built

Tried this many times.. does not work. Not sure what gives. This would be great for when I am doing work and my dewalt batteries need a recharge.
You're right. As soon as you open the door it shuts off. Try it from the outside, with the windows down. 👍

Ok nevermind it worked, i had to wait until the dashboard lights completely timed out and the power outlet turned on and started charging my laptop
