Love this mod. Would have loved to have that when I was little. I used to bring the Water Moccasin into the bathtub and pool all the time. That, plus the Devilfish both floated really well.

Thanks Beach. That's sort of what I was thinking. Just being able to add a simple motor makes it way more fun to play around with. But if you do just want to push it around, the motor pops right off.

This was a great idea! I added one of these motors to a shark 9000 it worked pretty well. Have you thought about adding one to a whale?

I actually have a plan to make a fully RC whale. I made an RC Moray and plan to use the same technique but with two motors. Just need to find the time. Thanks for watching.

Is that the original 84’ moccasin? Am not sure I think the newer/ reissues are thicker/ heavier, slightly different hull dimensions.
Simple & sound. That playmobil motor might also fit in a moray without any mods. 👍👍

Yes, it is. 1984. It might push the Moray around but there's so much drag on the hull with those foils, even folded. Easy enough for me to test but I might try this on a devilfish first. Oh, or maybe the joe APC? That'd be cool :)

@@ActionRobotPunch 😭 The APC is soooo cool. has been on my list for decades. Very complex project ( 6 wheel drive with suspension INSIDE existing heavy hull)
Your pod idea would be a simple and speedy project for great action! 👍👍 I have those waterpark water tracks for Japanese cold noodles, it’d be nice to have larger water tracks so all these motorized, floating joe vehicles could flow around and around and not requiring control.
