    Super sakkare acchu. Though we all know its very laborious and needs a lot of skill, your video makes it look quite easy and do-able. In most houses these days sakkare acchu is bought from the market just as a ritual to give away along with ellu during Sankranti. Thank you for posting this video which explains in detail how they are made. Your video may make many ladies ( or men also maybe) to try their own home made sakkare acchu this time. Happy Sankranti in advance ...

    Looking very good, one question how much water you added to sugar

    • @SuvarnasTravelWorld
      @SuvarnasTravelWorld  3 года назад

      Thank u....u need to put enough water to soak the sugar or a little more..if u add more water the syrup will be light...it takes more time to get the pouring consistency

    Excellent video. One question-Do you apply any release agent to the inside walls of the mold before you pour the sugar syrup?

      Absolutely nothing. Soak the mould in water completely opened into different pcs for 1 hour..Assemble the mould ...secure with a rubber band and pour in the final mixture
