I am feeling better, thank you so much ❤️ Ive been dealing with depression for about half my life and I’ve been in and out of therapy for the same. I’m just getting to the point where I’m fully healing and it’s beautiful, even though it hurts 😂 thank you for listing those symptoms/signs because they’re very helpful. Congratulations on your cut, I’m sure you look gorgeous! ❤️❤️
I am impulsive as well. I cut perfectly ,healthy locs almost two years ago. I tried convincing myself that it was the perfect decision. Honestly I have been struggling. And it’s okay not to be okay. You’re doing something that is going to make you feel better right now. It’s okay! I thank you for your transparency! You’re growing when you can see your faults and mistakes but don’t dwell and stay down. Learn from it and Flourish from them!!!
