こんにちは。陶芸を自己流で始めたので、You Tubeのこういったコンテンツを見て勉強させていただいています！土殺しは自分でやってみるとほんとうに難しくて、とにかく毎日練習しています。
土殺しをして作品を作り始めるときにセットする土の幅、穴の大きさは、作りたい作品によって変えるのでしょうか？

電動ろくろは自転車と同じで、乗れるようになるまでは難しですが、一度乗れてしまえばずっと乗れる様なイメージです。練習頑張ってくださいね！
土ゴロシの最初の太さは、作る器の底面積。深さは大きさの調整です。
