  • Have you ever been back for a check up after your treatment for Breast Cancer has finished, and report to your Medical Team that you have scar pain only to be told this is the 'new normal'? If your answer is yes, then this video is for you! Scar pain is a very common problem after Breast Cancer treatment, but (most of the time!) it is very easy to treat!
In this video I educate you on why it is so important to reduce scar tissue pain. It is amazing how often people will 'put up' with pain that they can often completely resolve. Scar tissue is one of the best examples of this. Multiple sites of pain are not the sum of their parts! Meaning the more pain you have in different areas, the worse overall pain you probably have.
I show you how to perform scar tissue massage including how frequently, the recommended duration of the massage, and the pressure the massage should be performed at. I also discuss how some scar tissue can become sensitive and that we can use simple techniques to de-sensitise the scar so it can handle light touch and firmer mechanical pressure (e.g. a hug or massage!). I also give my top recommendations for appropriate moisturiser creams to use for scar tissue massage.
I also recommend an amazing product called Mobiderm in this video - I literally go through two boxes a month of Mobiderm for the very purpose of helping patients reduce their scar tissue pain (either from surgery and/or radiation). Mobiderm is incredibly helpful as an adjunct treatment technique to massage that can really assist with reducing scar pain.

I have scar tissue within the breast. Very lumpy and today more tender and itchy. My surgery was last year September 14th, 2023. Bless all my sistahs in recovery. I pray God will continue to comfort us when others cannot. Today is a pure nothing day as I still work and work out 4 days a week. Blessings to supernatural healing, peace in the midst of chaos and Lord please help us in our distress. Come now Holy Spirit and give peace and Love as we recuperate. ❤

One of the best things about video format is you can move the video along - you don't actually need to watch the whole video if you don't want to.
